Girl working the counter was asleep in the office when I tried to check in and I had to wait for about 15 minutes. Then she made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. 1 star

Homeless person was inside eating up the contential breakfast. He had made 3 full plates and filled his pockets with packaged pastries. All this was done while tge front desk watched. Someone from housekeeping harassed me to check out before my checkout time because she stated that "We Want To Get Home To Our Family For Mother's Day" I was like wow while at the same time it was my birthday. But besides all that it was cool

I was very very disappointed, there was no active indoor pool and I booked in advance,the breakfast list was short,there is no room service even upon request, it was very difficult reaching front desk. I will never be a guest in any of your locations’again. I was misled.
