The hotel is outdated, check in was very difficult because my ID wasn’t match the booking name. I showed him other credit card to verify I am actual one to make the booking and he declined to accept it. We called Expedia to get the name updated. We arrived almost at the midnight and both of us were exhausted and tired

So nice people in staff, but has never been cleaned behind bed, so gross. There was a terrible smell in the room and had to walk to gas station past the crack dealers. Shuttle driver was very friendly. Could be a good place is cleanliness was a priority.

My credit card was debited on 20th March when I checked in. I checked in late. The money was supposed to be refunded but instead I have been debited (50$) again. The front desk staff insists my money has been returned but my bank says otherwise. The staff were polite. Had a guy overdosed or unconscious in the hallway outside my room that I had to step over to get to shuttle at 6 am. Couple arguing at 2-3 am. Gunshots at 11pm after check in at 8 pm. The only positives were that check in and check out were easy.

Overall it’s an okay place. I still do not understand why housekeeping in rooms are compulsory even if you opt for them not to clean your room. I think it’s an invasion of privacy. Whiles they have it written in the rooms that housekeeping is every three days and frequently if you request for it.

The room was clean & comfortable. But if you're looking for a decent breakfast you'd be disappointed. Only a few pieces of cutlery out. The mini muffins were stale, there was no bread, just a few bagels, and only Trix yogurt. Not what we've experienced at other Quality Inns.
