"We booked this property four months ago, but the managers were unaware of our arrival even after we messaged them just hours before boarding the plane. When we called them upon arrival, they asked us which travel agency we used to make the booking. It was a frustrating experience trying to secure a place to stay for the night. They referred us to the Sundowner hotel, saying they have a relationship with them and promised to call us the following day, but we never got a response. "

Villa Rosa Kempinski

Villa Rosa Kempinski

10/10 Excellent
"This was my second stay at Villa Kempinski. The hotel is top standard, very clean and well maintained. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard and all the staff are very polite and helpful. I requested a late checkout which was dealt with efficiently by the reception staff. The hotel amenities are excellent and the situation of the hotel makes it easier to get about the city. Highly recommended."
