Perfect stay if you need to catch a ferry as it took less than 5 minutes to walk to port area. Restaurant in building was good and had early morning breakfast buffet. Rooms small but works, AC was strong. Quick 15 min walk to Marina Zea for views dinner on water.

Highly recommend The Port Square Hotel. The staff were great too. We had traveled for around 17 hours, arrived at about 10 am the day of our check in and i was so thankful they had an early room available because we were exhausted. The room was nice, although a bit on the smaller side (with the upgrade to the larger partial sea view). The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice with a big walk in shower. The onsite restaurant was delicious both for dinner and the included breakfast. Easy too order an Uber to get to our cruise port the next day.

The receptionists were fabulous. Maria in the early hours and Dennis in the evening helped us get taxis to our restaurant and to our cruise ship. They both were so helpful and kind to a honeymoon couple (in their senior years). I would highly recommend the Port Square Hotel in Athens! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is very close to the metro, and the cruise terminal. There are lots of cafe and restaurants near by. The staff are excellent in their services. Very helpful with information about the city. The hotel is very clean. Very happy with our experience there.

The hotel is amazing…the rooms are spacious snd the beds are super comfy. The front desk staff are wonderful…very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Also the location is perfect…across from the train station and walking distance to the ferries

Something was wrong with the air conditioning unit; it made so much noise that we couldn’t sleep. Hotel should provide slipers. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was as expected and advertised. Wished there was drawer space but since I wasn't there long, it wasn't a big deal. Nice robes in the room was a plus. Restaurant downstairs had great food and fantastic service.

Very reasonable hotel conveniently located near the ferry terminal. We had an amazing, spacious suite room with a wonderful balcony with views. The adjoining restaurant is excellent as well.

Staff are top notch and very helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety and something for everyone. If you're looking for a place to stay that is easily accessible from the airport via the metro or getting on/ off from the port I would highly recommend.

Our flight from Washington DC via Reykjavik was delayed four hours from the start (ATC strike, volcano) so we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 10pm local. After checking in it was minutes before the restaurant's closing time and it was clear the staff was preparing to leave. We encouraged them to go home but they insisted on staying to serve us! The food was simply terrific and the staff extremely friendly and pleasant. After our meal it was back to the room and we crashed. Don't want to omit complementing the room which was outstanding in every aspect as well as the hotel staff. We give this an 11 on a scale of 1-10. :)

The hotel room has a modern touch and even offers Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods. Although it’s right across the metro station, it’s not noisy at night time. Everything is at a convenient distance including restaurants, shops, and most importantly metro and ferry port which are right across the streets. If you’re planning to visit Athens, and hop islands, this is a perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly, and even agreed to store my luggage when I was planning to go to Mykonos for 2 days. The breakfast is good and starts as early as 6:30 am. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are lots of dining options close by, and the metro is across the street. The area around the property is a little dirty, and there is constant traffic noise throughout the night. It's well worth it though, if you will be in that neighborhood.
