"Had a really nice stay at Ermass. Staff were lovely and helpful. Knocked a point off due to the lift breaking like 4 times during out stay. Lovely room and amenities though."

"Everything was good, however, the room we were in, on the second floor had a view, through the available window, of the plumbing of the hotel with nothing else being visible. Shame. We asked for another room with some sort of view but we were told that none were available. As the rooms are charged at the same rate, no matter where they are, I feel we were disadvantaged in that room. There was also no shuttle to the airport."
