"Property and rooms updated and in great condition. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only one concern was the shower. We didn't use it because it looked like the tiles had soap or shampoo on them and therefore concerned me that it wasn't clean. Also the rug and bathroom needed a bit more vacuuming. Hotel very updated but located next to a gas station and convenience store. Not a problem at all but helpful!"

"We liked the suite part with a reasonable price tag, also the freezer unit attached to the refrigerator and it was convenient to most places in the Springfield area. Busy but quiet. They could use a night light in the bathroom and some stock.ond in the bathtub but that is all."
