This is a great place to stay in a clean safe area of Athens. It's not far from the center of town by taxi 5-20 Euros depending on traffic.

Hotel is not very clean. Amenities in bathroom were empty and the shower head was spraying water sideways with average water pressure. Booked a taxi At reception and they never made a note of it, had to wait another 20 min which was a bit stressful as we had a flight to catch! I personally think for the price it’s not worth it.

Very good stay, I mainly enjoyed the friendly staff, amazing views, location that is walkable but not immediately in the very touristy areas. Here you can also enjoy places where locals go. And nothing could beat the view form my window. I would definitely stay again.

If you’re weighing “bang for buck”, I’d gladly stay again. My acropolis view room was big; kitchen, huge couch, & washing machine! After a month in Europe, laundry was a godsend. Rooftop pool is tiny but easy to get a chair & amazing views. Biggest con was area, not much to do & 15-20 min drive to main DT. Its a walk if you’re trying to save money but wouldn’t be too bad if not for this heatwave. All in all, I’d recommend!

Our stay was fine but a bit disappointing overall. The property is fairly new but it's clear that the building maintenance is lacking with damaged walls, patchy paint job and mold in the bathrooms. Cleanliness could have been much better and the location was a bit inconvenient to the major attractions in Athens. Although we didn't have any problems, we didn't feel entirely safe leaving our valuables in the room. The view was great but definitely would stay somewhere else for our next visit.

It was a great place in the heart of Athens. Very convenient to get around for transportation and easy walking to restaurants and attractions. it was wonderful to have the convenient store below the hotel as well and wonderful for our family to have a pool there.

Excellent suite!
Hotel room at Panorama Project was bigger than expected. Very roomy, very clean and very convenient as a suite. There were 5 of us and enough room for everyone. The front desk service was very helpful with coordinating taxis and shuttles for us. Excellent location.

They bugged us to send flight info for shuttle pick up then they were late. After we finally arrived they said we owed$100 euros. They never said we had to pay. If we had known, we would have taken an uber. The wifi was patchy and the furniture was broken. It had a great view but tiny pool.

I love this place in the center of Athens. Rooms were modern and rooftop pool a delight. Want to thank Christiana, MARIA and the guy who worked the night shift for been so Warm, Welcoming and Helpful. Will be my first accommodation choice on my next visit to this city.

Family of 4 here for Parthenon Trip
The hotel staff is wonderful! The room we had was mostly great, but the upstairs shower glass makes it impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom floor. The glass placement is in reverse of how it should work. Our family of four had to just take showers downstairs after the first night. The location is about a 45 euro taxi ride to Plaka/Parthenon , so if your stay revolves around that area for meeting places or activities it may be cost effective to stay elsewhere as we spent a small fortune getting to and from that area. The supermarket next door was fantastic for small meals and necessary items. We enjoyed our time here.

The staff were so sweet and accommodating, the area is a little further out from the main tourist areas but was only still a 15-20 min walk away from the nearest metro stop and National Archealogical Museum (which we do not mind, as we’re more of the “live away from the party” type!). There’s a couple of cafes, a market and a delicious restaurant all right next to the hotel, and the hotel comes with amazing amenities for a super comfortable stay (including a balcony, a full sized fridge, and a washer). The hotel itself is also beautiful. Truly could not have gotten a better deal for our buck!

Lovely location, issues on arrival
My review is a bit harsh for two main reasons: communication before check in and cleaniness/room set up on arrival. I will start with the good. The desgn of the rooms is nice, bed comfortable, kitchen reasonably equipped (but no microwave which is bad, id rather that than an oven). There is lovely park in front of hotel, decent food store next door, 10-15min walk to Victoria metro station. roof terrace with nice views, sunbeds and small pool. The bad: on arrival safe blocked, kitchen table filthy, no dishwasher tablets or cleaning cloath or liquid. We stayed 2 days so it doesnt make any sense to expect us to buy these. Tv internet netflix was not working on arrival. Week before arrival I asked reception to assist with reasonable fare room upgrade, no useful answer. On day of arrival called, they asked me to call after 10mins, I did,not sorted, they promissed to call back and never did. On arrival around 9pm they had no answer, when returned around midnight they offered upgrade for more than what was list price on hotels.com that morning. Room prices fluctuate big time. Most hotels I stay give me free status upgrade, some for reduced fee, this was unable to sort it at all till after our arrival and tried to charge more than list price so I am not impressed. Morning after arrival staff sorted cleaning and internet and was very nice but cleaniness, safe, internet not sorted before room released to us shows poor quality standards.

We did not have a proper shower. We had a shower hose that was attached to the wall (waist high) next to the toilet. Whenever we would wash ourselves everything would get wet. The floor had a drain at the other end of the toilet so the bathroom was always flooded. It was very dangerous to go in the bathroom because the floor was always wet. I have been in many hotels and I never saw something like this.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. A little out of the centre - but only a quick bus ride or 30-40 minute walk. Friendly staff, convenience store next door along with some small restaurants/bars. A nice park is only a couple of minutes walk away. Location is a busy residential neighbourhood . Overall a decent base and value for a trip to this lovely city.

Nearly all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy street and a bit far from the main sights and metro stop. The two floor apartment was spacious with plenty of amenities and a wonderful view. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool and breakfast deliveries to the room. The place may be too eco-friendly for some. With "low-flow/low water pressure" showers and a daily battle to keep the apartment cool (and jacuzzi hot) we would not stay here again.

We had the airport transfer safe and comfortable. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The room was lovely and amazing for the price. Big bed, fresh cotton sheets, kitchenette, lovely bathroom and fluffy towels and toiletries. We had an Acropolis view suite. There is a mini market next door and you can get beers, wine and snacks. They do fresh baked bread and pastries, coffee and jiuces for breakfast. Your can have lunch or evening options and theres a little seating area outside or take it to the hotel terrace or your balcony. The rooftop pool is nice but a bit small. The location is a little out of the city but there are plenty of taxis waiting and the most we paid was €8
