Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
appartment, not hotel
it is not a hotel, but a private appartment in an appartment block. I spent about 1,5 hours trying to enter the building, phones not answering etc, and had to leave and book another hotel.
I did not receive a refund for the 200+ paid!!!
