This hotel is in a great quiet location close to all key areas. We looked at several alternatives when booking and were really pleased with this as our final choice. All the staff were very professional and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. We had one of the top floor rooms and were more than happy with the room size for the cost and it was quiet despite being near the lifts. . The bed and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We were lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, and the view was wonderful! We could even watch the sunrise right from our room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. One nice touch was when the front desk lady offered me a carton of juice when I mentioned I didn't want the sparkling wine included with our stay. The terrace also offers fantastic views and is definitely worth visiting. We only experienced a wait for the elevator once, one morning, so it wasn't really an issue during our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience!
