"The staff at the hotel are wonderful and responsive to requests for things like irons (when all your linen clothes are wrinkled from travel). There is a good selection for breakfast. The rooms are fine, but could really use a refresh, particularly the bathrooms. The hotel is a little out of the way, but close to IULM where I was attending a conference. It's about a 15 minute walk to the M2 subway line, which gets you wherever you need to go, and there is a LIDL a block away."

On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety.
