"I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for my stay due to a significant issue with my room. I arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM, dropped off my belongings, attended a sporting event, returned later that evening, and went to sleep. The next morning, when I woke up and attempted to use the restroom, I discovered that the toilet was not functioning and would not flush. I then attempted to contact the front desk using the room phone, but the phone was also not working. Because of this, I had to use my personal cell phone to contact the front desk. A staff member came to my room and attempted to fix the toilet, but the issue was not resolved. I was then instructed to use the restroom in the hotel lobby. I paid for a room with a private, functioning restroom and expected access to basic amenities during my stay. Having an unusable toilet in the room and a non-functioning room phone created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted my experience. Since the issue could not be resolved, I decided to leave the hotel. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request a full refund or fair compensation for the inconvenience and failure to provide the services and accommodations that were paid for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response."

"This hotel had excellent value in that they do not charge for overnight parking. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. It also featured a full buffet breakfast for no additional charge. The rooms are nice. My room did not have a microwave oven. The mini fridge didn’t keep my food cold so that was unfortunate. My only problem with my room was the bed. I had a room with 2 queen beds and both beds had zero support. For someone with back problems like me, it was difficult to sleep and I ended up moving to the couch that had better and more firm support than the beds. I’d stay here again if I could get a better mattress."

"It was my wife's b-day outing and It started out great with valet taking our car for $30 unlimited, a dinner at the bar and grill and free drink vouchers. The food was great and the drinks were good. But it all started going down hill from there. The front desk worker Cheryl treated us like we weren't guests for about an hour and told us the little drink shop was only for guests. Of course she apologized when I told her we were guests but you don't treat people like that you ask first instead of assuming. Walking around the boat was nice but when we finally got to our room we immediately noticed how dusty they lamps, coffee machine, counter, and blinds were. At first we said it's an old place so it must get dusty fast but then we opened the blinds and after so the dust settled we saw a giant spider web on the inside of the window! That's disgusting because it shows they have not cleaned or duster the room in forever. I went straight to Cheryl and told her and she said "I'm surprised" and "we're all booked sorry about that." There was nothing we could do. So we slept on the firm bed in the dusty room. The next day we went back to the bar and grill excited for the food but it was a completely different experience! Turns out they had new chefs working that morning and the delicious calamari we ordered the previous day was not delicious anymore, the eggs Benedict were not cooked all the way you can see the egg white dripping down."

"The staff was helpful and coffee flowing. However, two items made for a disruptive sleep, despite a white noise machine we brought along as well as being pretty adaptable guests. First, we brought our own cooler, thankfully, but the refrigerator not only didn’t get or stay very cold but made loud noises for its inefficient efforts allll night. And, while the air conditioner worked at 74 (and didn’t turn off or dial back its blowing), increase it to 75 and it doesn’t turn back on all night. So we were either freezing or sweating. No one was at the front desk at checkout to let know or else I would have."

"Well, this place is currently undergoing renovations, I was not aware when I booked it. No internet & no TV. Seemed clean enough until I found some hair (not mine in the shower & bathroom sink). The people I was travelling with had issues checking in. Bed was really comfortable, did not use the pool/hot tub but it looked OK. Not sure about the condiments."
