"The room had not been cleaned. Changed to a different room. No towels. Air conditioning worked for 15secs if you unplugged and plugged again and no TV signal. Too tired to complain or change rooms, so I just went to bed."

Luckily, one of us was always in the room while we were loading up, or we would have both been looked out. Carpets were stained. The heating unit was constantly going off and on all night. Bed was nice though. "
