"A truly unique and calm stay. The staff and amenities were as advertised and they have an amazing buffet breakfast that you must try. My room was clean and I had my own bathtub with termal water in my room. Its in a great location with the museum of glass very close by! I'll be staying here again. "Property was amazing. Staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for a private onsen room. Which I should have booked initially but didn't realize was an option. Shuttle bus stop at the front door will take you to various ski resorts in the area. Staff is excellent, helpful, kind. Restaurant is great! Had use of a ski locker as well. Full locker, not just a place to hang skus and poles. "
