Rooms were great, location didnt matter, price was good. Only complaint is it's wood frame building and you hear every step from guest on floor above. Sounded like a dance was going on in the morning. So either request the top floor or hope the room above you is vacant or they sleep in.

The Residences at Biltmore
For the price of a hotel room we got a spacious apartment that’s very centrally located. 24/7 check in, great parking and clean although a bit dated apartment. Would stay again.

I was given a room on the fourth floor at the front near that elevator (as far away from the working elevator as possible). So I took the stairs ...
