"Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Offering suggestions about where to eat, asking us if we needed anything additional to make our stay comfortable.
We had come in from the Biltmore estate and upon arriving to our room noticed that it was definitely older and had a fair amount of wear and tear. The wallpaper was peeling and the pull out sofa bed had definitely been past its prime for use. The room was very clean though so that made up for everything showing some signs of age.
My daughter enjoyed using the pool and we saw people using the gym which was nice as an option.
Overall, I would say we enjoyed our stay and I saw all information stating that they're doing renovations in 2027 which will likely improve the experience of future guests."
