We enjoyed our stay at The Sunset Motel. We were greeted by the staff when we pulled so check-in was very easy. It is very nostalgic in its design and not too far from downtown Brevard. We enjoyed sitting on our porch area in the evening to have drinks. They also have a separate smoking area for guests alongside the motel. I would say my only complaint was the toilet in our room would run off and on. I forgot to mention it to the staff when we were leaving. Other than that, everything was great.

I have stayed there twice as a single traveler. The rooms have been super clean, smartly decorated and very comfortable. I love their concept - take an old school travelers motel, keep the art deco feel of the past but have modern amenities and updated bathrooms and beds. We rented a room for the Halloween Festival this weekend, And it was great! Super cute and retro. Had a turntable, and a cute little make-up/hair dresser corner in the wash area. Located within walking distance to downtown, and all the shops, restaurants and brew pubs! The bigger rooms with yards were booked, but we'll book early next time and hopefully get one of those.
