"First impressions went a long way - the staff greeted me immediately and they were super polite and friendly. I grew up in FL and miss just how friendly everyone genuinely are. All the staff I encountered over three days were just as polite. The outside and main lobby were clean and updated. The room was very clean. Fridge, countertop range, desk, T.V...clearly set up for those with extended stays, but perfect for a couple of nights too. It was no frills, but the room was updated and fresh at a very reasonable price. No complaints at all! Parking was plenty. It was close to the airport and the highway. I liked that, from the lobby, you had to scan in to open the door to the main rooms - gave me a great sense of safety. Would definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I had a great time. We have never been to Pensacola but enjoyed our stay. This is also the first time we stayed in an apartment suite. A great experience for us. What we liked about it is, it felt like we were in a home. The kitchen area was larger than we expected. We were able to prepare meals and eat at the bar/table together. The stove and oven worked well. Roomy refrigerator. We liked that the bathroom was separated from the kitchen and bedroom area. The beds were comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and the young man at the front desk was patient and friendly. The location was good. Even though it was around a shopping area, it was not at all too noisy. We tried a new restaurant with tasty food. We also went to the beach which was not far away. Overall, we had a great time and our stay at Stay APT Suites helped to complete the great time. "

"Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I was in town for a motorcycle training course. On my last day i had a problem with my motor and Ashia was stellar, taking the time out of her busy day to accommodate. Cannot say enough good things here. If you are looking for a friendly, clean, economical place to spend a few days, this is your place."
