Great staff. Very accommodating. Immediate shuttle. Hotel is literally AT the airport. Weather was not a usual sunny Florida day, but I wanted to walk. Out the back of the hotel across a street, through the airport parking garage and into the terminal. Did several laps in terminal and parking garage and got 2 miles.

Every piece of metal in the room was rusted, doors, lamps, toilet paper holder. However, the room smelled VERY clean, beds were clean. Bed was missing 2 pillows. Found sheets stuck into the couch. Kind of a weird vibe, but staff was friendly and nice!

I am writing to share my appreciation for the outstanding service my husband and I received during our recent stay. In particular, I would like to commend the night manager who assisted us when we arrived. I had mistakenly booked my reservation for the night of March 1 instead of February 28. Despite this error, the night manager was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding of our predicament. He was both professional and friendly as he resolved the issue and ensured we were taken care of for the night. Please extend my gratitude to the team for their exceptional hospitality.
