"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo. "

"We were very pleased with how clean and close this was to everything in Asakusa and to the train! The rooms were spacious and clean. And having washer and dryer was very helpful! Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"I enjoyed the wonderful onsen with many bath type choices. The breakfast was good with ample options but not much changed day to day. The ice cream and yocult were wonderful after the onsen. Free massage chairs not to be missed. The late night ramen was fantastic and appreciated. Area was walkable with lots to offer for food and shopping and trains. The room was very clean and roomy with everything we needed. I think I booked a superior. Staff helpful with baggage transfer paperwork as well. Will stay there again every chance I get. I didn't mind paying more for the wonderful amenities and onsen. "
