"Family of 3 adults. Not a quiet area so if that’s something you want this is not the place. Shopping and dining options all walkable. Don Quijote around the corner, hotel is right across Kabukicho tower. About 7 blocks from JR Shinjuku station, and other train stations around. Hotel rooms are small: booked two double rooms, 2 stayed on one and 1 stayed on other. Hotel accommodated rooms next to each other. For 2 people is ok. Bathroom size is ok comfortable. Shower pressure lovely. They provide shampoo conditioner and liquid soap. Toothpaste and toothbrush. Slippers and pijamas. Beds and pillows on there harder side but comfortable, I slept perfectly. A/c temperature controlled in the room, perfect. Lounge for drinks lovely, we didn’t booked with the lounge included, but you can walk in and order and pay. First time in Tokio and this hotel filled my expectations. Thank you! Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant good, breakfast plenty some western options, salad bar, desert bar, and local options too. Coffee, juice. Thank you Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Will stay again and recommend!"

"Good location. Lots of food and shopping around the area. Walkable to train station. Nice view of the Sensoji temple and Tokyo Sky Tree. Nice size room for my family of 5. Welcome drink is nice to relax and enjoy the view."

"Hotel is situated in an office complex which is located above easy access under ground walkways to Shimbashi station. SHIODOME station is located outside of the hotel building."

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It offers free shuttle from and to Haneda airport, which is so convenient and helpful to hotel guests. Excellent customer service, great location, walking distance from Ariake station where you can easily get to city center. Hotel staff was super friendly and always willing to help. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The mall of Ariake Garden is connected to the hotel. We visited Tokyo for a week and ate dinner there almost daily, just different restaurants at the food court, and they were all excellent and tasty. We never had a bad meal there, and some restaurants offer a 5% discount for hotel guests so make sure you pay attention to the signs when making payments. Rooms are spotless clean and pajamas are provided. The onsen at the hotel is so nice, although for a fee. We'll definitely consider staying there again when visiting Tokyo area in the future."
