"This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend. "

"Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also. Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste "

Last thing the giving room not the same booked room through expedia web site and when I rise up my complaint, I received very un professional feedback as well.
