"Atendimentos dos funcionários bem mais ou menos, e tentaram me cobrar diaria adicional pq sai do quarto as 12:20, achei um absurdo pois não ligaram antes avisando. Me hospedo em hoteis de diversas redes o tempo todo e nunca vi algo parecido,no fim não cobraram mas a formada abordagem era extremamente grosseira. Alem disso recepcionistas mau humorados no checkin e no checkout."

"Recepção super atenciosa, quarto amplo com TV e frigobar, café da manha excelente (3 sucos realmente naturais, opções de doces e salgados, maquina de café 3 corações, ovos mexidos e frutas)....mas infelizmente a limpeza do banheiro é realmente muito precária com cabelos e limo em toda parte. Até desconsidero azulejos trincados ou descascando se estiverem bem limpos, mas sujeira é dificil aceitar, pois fica a duvida sobre se é só no banheiro ou geral no hotel."
