Very friendly welcome when we had arrived very late. It was a stop off on our way to the ferry as a family of 5. This was ideal. All we needed. Would have been over to stay a bit longer as it was a lovely set up.

We arrived late and so an email with clear instructions for access was sent. Very pleasant breakfast service.

Fantastic stop off after a 9 hour drive. Easy check in, polite , loads of secure parking, the pool offered a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind whilst my wife went to the huge shopping centre across the road.The hotel was nice and quiet even though it was a stones throw from the main road, you wouldn't know it was there. We first stayed here over 30 years ago and it still has all the charm we so . The restaurant is superb and the cheese and sweet trollies a sight to behold with such a selection. A foodies delight.

The hotel is modern and well designed. The bar area and restaurant are comfortable environments. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfasts.

I love this hotel and have used it several times as a stop off before driving back to England via the Tunnel. The French Chateau is a perfect setting and I have seen many French groups using it for weddings and work meetings.

The welcome was good, the security was excellent and the property was amazing. The apartment was of the highest quality and the best we have seen. The area is very nice with shops, restaurants and entertainment. Overall it is a wonderful property.

Convenient for a 1 night stop over. Only complaint was the hotel receptionist overnight tried to charge us for the room which we had already paid for via Expedia

The hotel offered a very high quality stopover for the class of hotel and is one I would certainly use again
