Line of vision cleanliness is good but there are areas that need improved. We found an empty coke bottle behind bedside table and dust on some of the doors and lamp shades.
Accommodation otherwise is very good and met most of our requirements.
Lack of bar, room cleaning and breakfast buffet is inconvenient and needs to be revisited, hotels cant keep hiding behind Covid as an excuse when restrictions elsewhere are being relaxed.

Our stay at Staybridge was very comfortable especially after a very busy build up to our wedding! A bottle a bubbly would have been nice since it was our wedding night - but still an incredibly enjoyable night all the same!

I booked here last minute for an impromptu stay in Tyler. It Is situated beside another hotel that you see first, and have to follow around to the right to get to the entrance door for this hotel. I went into the the first hotel as that's where Google maps leads to. The guy on reception was the nicest friendliest person and explained out mistake. We arrived for check in at the correct hotel, late might I add, about 11.30pm. However we didn't feel half as welcomed here by the night desk staffer....
