"Every member of staff was so friendly, so welcoming. I felt safe. Food was great. Concierge was also great at making recommendations where to go. I was travelling solo and as a female sometimes I am cautious however it was a home away from home. Special thanks to Gamze at breakfast so attentive and recommended where to fix my broken nail. "Super quiet location yet super central. You can walk to Sultanhamet square in 6 mins and 10 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. Breakfast was amazing too. And the staff is very nice! "

"Cleaning is zero, I stayed 5 days room never been cleaned. Breakfast buffet was horrible and dirty (there was hair on scrambled egg which they put on buffet). Automatically you are getting negative vibes on breakfast area."
