The hotel was out in the middle of nowhere. There was nothing to do nearby.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay. Your satisfaction is important to us. You are correct: we and the nearby hospital are kind of isolated, We're a couple of miles north of Ark City and six miles south of Winfield. So there is not at much to do right by the hotel. Hopefully that will change soon.
This is a nice facility, although a little more expensive than other motels in the area. Check in/registration and check out were easy with helpful staff. We were a bit disappointed in the continental breakfast as it was not what was listed on the menu board. There was not much assistance from the breakfast attendant.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the breakfast situation. You were here for the holidays. We were short staffed and only had a few guests, so we elected to provide Jimmie Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and few other options. We only did that for two days. We're back to a normal menu now.

Great hotel! Very clean, friendly and efficient customer service. The television system could be upgraded to include Roku.

Everywhere was clean and well kept. Food area was small but well stocked, more than adequate. Bed was comfy bathroom clean room spacious a place for everything. The only negative was it seemed there was just one desk clerk on Friday holding the whole hotel together! She was pleasant enough but obviously overwhelmed!

Everybody was very kind and the property was well-maintained. There were a few repairs that needed to be done but the staff was great and the breakfast was great as well. Highly recommend.

This property is a 10/10! It’s clean, rooms oversized, completely updated, tons of parking, and the folks are super nice. Can’t find a single thing to dock any points off. Loved the value too!! Terrific spot for our evening passing through this area. Wish we had a few days in this one!

This is a newer hotel and in great shape. The breakfast was mediocre, but the staff were good.

This was the best Best Western we’ve ever stayed in. The lobby was roomy and welcoming. The rooms were big and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Liked rooms except for being able to hear talking of adults, crying tiddler, and coming and frequent comings and goings while we were trying to sleep between 10 pm and 12 am.
