"The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to help with things like Wifi connection, room selection and general welcoming and warmth. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. This has become our favorite place to stay when traveling!"

"Upon check-in at the hotel, I was asked about my request for a removable showerhead. After a little discussion with the host, I decided that if the room was accessible without a removable showerhead that I should be good. After getting to the room, which was very nice, I discovered that the shower would not suit my needs. I immediately called the front desk, explained the situation, and they gave me a fully accessible room with the removable showerhead. Although I originally said that it wouldn't be a problem, the staff did not get rude, irritated, or treat me like an inconvenience. They were very nice and accommodating. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who originally checked me in, but he and Lizzie made me feel welcomed. I absolutely love this place!"
