Lovely place to stay, beautifully done. Great location, friendly and helpful staff! Would recommend it. Internet connection a bit hit and miss but could have been my phone?? Certainly didn't cause major issue.

This a great place to stay. The pool area is stunning, and the rooms are uniquely designed. The restaurant is also a highlight, offering good value and tasty cuisine across breakfast lunch and dinner. We had a lovely stay here and I would recommend this hotel for those wanting a relaxing stay! That said, for a hotel of only two years old, it looks a little poorly maintained around the edges, but this is a simple fix - the pool is starting to decay in areas, as is some of the paint in the bedroom...

Very friendly staff. Unusual room design. Good air conditioning to fight off 'Lucifer' in August 2017. Central position in the beautiful old town.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. We booked Hotel Continentale because we were arriving by train and it’s very close to the station. We only stayed one night but were sad to leave. Beautiful decor inside, comfy room and friendly staff. So close to the old town centre too.

No pictures can justify the beauty, the comfort and elegance of this place! Simona and her family are great hosts and I felt that everything about our stay had us in mind and we were certainly placed in the centre of attention. There were so many little finishing touches, that contributed towards the authentic Tuscan experience starting from the location, the buiding and of course The Breakfast! Amazing coffee to start with, followed by selection of fruit, homemade cakes, biscuits, yogurts ,...

We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

This was an amazing stay and definitely one of our favourite places we stayed in Tuscany. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and the whole property was absolutely beautiful. Alice and Daniele, who run the place, were amazing hosts. They were so welcoming and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily stay again!

My partner and I stayed at the heavenly Lupaia to start our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The incredible attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every part of our stay was outstanding, from the brilliant team (each and every one of them) to the setting, the stunning pool, wonderful food and atmosphere - we cannot wait to come back to this Tuscan paradise!
