"Poor quality property, staff are truly unhelpful including the managers. The room we took was a king volcano mountain view room, the room had no in room slippers not even one. We had to make a request. The room did not have a single towel in the bathroom. We made a request and it took multiple calls and 45mins before the towels were delivered. The place really needs some attention to detail as I wasn’t convinced it was ready for the guest to occupy the room and no one wanted to take responsibility or apologise for their poor service "

"We enjoyed our stay and thought that the rooms were quaint and cute. The weather, however, was cooler in La Fortuna than expected. Add in the rain and that added to the temperature feeling even colder. Because of that the rooms got pretty cool and without having any sort of heat to turn on, that made our accommodations not as comfortable as we would've liked. "
