Unfortunately the stay at La Vigna did not meet our expectation. The kitchen was equipped poorly. There were a lot of ants and other insects in the apartment. The apartment was already very worn down. The pool was out of service without notice beforehand. The bedsheets were stained. It was extremely loud! It was hard to sleep until the residents above went to bed because one could hear every sound and scraping of chairs. Would not recommend especially for the high price

Nicht das was auf der Webseite versprochen wird

Wir sind zwiegespalten. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas vom Schuss, aber schön in den Weinbergen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig, allerdings ist die Küche nur dürftig ausgestattet, das Schlafsofa im 4er-Zimmer ist nicht wirklich zum Schlafen geeignet und alles ist recht lieblos eingerichtet. Was aber wirklich gar nicht ging, ist dass ein Pool angekündigt ist, der aber ohne Ankündigung wegen Umbau geschlossen war und auf der Webseite von einem Indoor-Pool die Rede ist, der im Schwesterhotel genutzt werden kann. Dort steht explizit, dass er bis Nachmittag von Kindern genutzt werden darf. Unsere Kids haben sich sehr darauf gefreut. Als wir ihn nutzen wollten ist uns sehr unfreundlich klar gemacht worden, dass dieser nur für Hotelgäste sei. Auch als wir den Hinweis auf der La Vigna Webseite gezeigt haben, wurden wir gebeten das Hotel zu verlassen. Sowas geht gar nicht!

Ottimo appartamento ben arredato e soprattutto ben pulito. Mi è stato assegnato uno da 4 persone anche se ero da solo e l’unica mancanza che ho notato se fossimo stati in più e per un periodo più lungo è la mancanza di una lavatrice.

Negativ: - Bezug bei Anreise erst um 16:00 Uhr und Abreise bis 09:00 Uhr, unüblich dadurch geht ein Tag verloren. Üblich ist normalerweise Bezug um 14:00 Uhr und Abreise 11:00 Uhr. - Bei den gegenwertigen Temperaturen würde eine Klimaanlage nicht schaden. - Fernseher ziemlich klein und keine deutschen Programme - Liegen beim Pool fehlen nur unbequeme Liegestühle vorhanden - Pool bei Vollbelegung eher knapp bemessen Positiv: - Ausreichend Platz im Zimmer - Ruhige Lage im Weingarten - Guter Anschluss nach Riva, Arco,... - Anlage sonst sehr gepflegt

Good - but some room for service improvement.

Our stay at Residence La Vigna was generally good but I was disappointed that they were not able to fix a problem with the lighting in the lounge before we left, despite reporting it just after we arrived - four days of trying to read in gloomy half-light was very difficult. It would be a good idea to put some instructions in the room covering such things as how to operate the cooker or microwave and where the rubbish bins were situated. Also, we were surprised to have to pay the deposit in cash; the reception would not accept a card.

Fin lägenhet nära Gardasjön. Rent och fint och fin pool. Några nackdelar: Till att checka in och få nycklar får man köra till ett annat hotell ca 4 km borta (något man inte är så pigg på att göra efter en dags resa). Att man får checka in på ett annat hotell står det inget om när man bokar. Man får även lämna 100 Euro depositum när man checkar in....om detta står heller inget om när man bokar. I lägenheten saknades toapaper och kölskåpet var varmt eftersom el får slås på lägenheten när man kommer på plats.
