Overall an excellent stay. A problem with the original room at check in was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction. The breakfasts were plentiful, with a vast choice and a highlight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent too. The hotel location was ideal, walkable to the Marina bay sands area, Raffles hotel and several shopping centre.

Room very small in the floor level. Was difficult to get up. The staff was fantastic. Clean and comfortable

The staff were absolutely amazing. Great attention to detail really sad I only stayed one night I would recommend and go again.

Lovely and beautiful hotel. The room is modern and has a lot of nice features to make your stay feel homely.

Very good for the solo travel experience

Room and facilities were perfect for what we wanted - and location fairly close to the main attractions. We arrived very early and they gave us complementary early check in at around 11am (instead of 2pm) which saved us from jet lag and made our holiday!! Rooftop pool was a bonus.Thank you.

Very good location, plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Bugis mrt and Haji Lane. We had a family air conditioned room, comfortable beds and good breakfast. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Very friendly the staff, after check in I thought my luggage got stolen but actually friendly staff help me moving the luggage to my room. Fantastic!

You get what you pay for and honestly I 100% got my moneys worth

The description was room without window but there was a high up roof skylight so you had daylight in the room and could hear the rain hammering onto the skylight window. Overall excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside was no in house...

The location was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

I don't see why other people rate this hotel low we stayed for 6 nights we was on the top floor which was close to the swimming pool which is small but adequate, every time we walked into or out of the hotel staff would always say hello, good evening etc... We never found them rude at all!. The room is small just like every hotel in Singapore but the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel it wasn't like a rock which most are, the decor could use some updating and some of the...
