Wonderful staff, great location for Little India, short taxi to all hit spots. Rooms are small but bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again a great deal for the price. Remember, you’re not staying here for all the amenities, but for a comfortable bed and a good location.
Quick to check in. They kept the luggages before or after check out. Always a staff at the reception. They made up the room if you put the sign out. Reasonably priced, clean room, no window. No frills, no hassle, good enough for a few days’ stay. Relatively near to downtown. Many eateries nearby, famous Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Teochew porridge. Transportation is easy with public buses and the Lavender MRT station is 500m-600m away.

Very basic buts thats all i needed beyween flights
The room was cramped, not enough space to open a luggage. The bathroom was moldy. Pictures taken if some small and big roaches in the room that the front desk ignored when I told them. Also lizards on the wall. No mirror except a small peeling one in the bathroom sink. Front desk scolds you if you get a pitcher of water from the dispenser. They said, only 1 small cup allowed for coffee, and we should be using the tap water on the sink for drinking. Front desk especially night shift not smiling, no customer service attitude. No other room to transfer to. Place did not do justice on how much I paid. AC not cold even on the lowest temperature. Bottom of bed has layers of dust and dirt. Please do not go to this hotel. Picture is way different from the actual. I regretted picking this place. Train station is also not walking distance. Not as advertised. Takes about 30 mins to go to the airport without traffic. I do not recommend this hotel.
Got a single bedroom despite booking a double room for two adults. Hotel refused to refund or change room to what I reserved.
Room was filthy—someone’s eyelashes were left on the AC remote, someones’s earplugs were left in the corner of the room, the bathroom was visibly moldy, and the chair was rusty.
Front desk lady told me that she didn’t have a reservation for me the second I walked in, but then when I inquired about the booking I made, she suddenly found my booking. I watched her berate a man who tried to check in because of a mix up.
Overall, one of the worst stays I’ve ever had
