Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Lovely swimming pools. Great setting and easy to get to Beynac. Hard to find using the SatNav. Could have better directions in the booking confirmation.

You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best. We started coming here three years ago.to celebrate our wedding anniversary and now make a point of coming back each year. Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

I would give this six stars if I could. It was excellent in all areas. The staff were wonderful and treated us as individuals and welcome guests. The restaurant was marvellous as was the spa. The room was spacious and comfortable. An exceptional experience.

The hotel and the surrounding area are great, picture perfect, tasty with a lot of activities. Hotel staff is a little forgetful, - for example when asked to organise a wine tour they never bothered, when I asked to book hotel restaurant for a birthday party they said they did but on the night it turned out they didn't bother again. Make sure you chase them properly.

The hotel in lovely and obviously caters for the ‘Up Market’ clientele that they get given the proximity to the fashionable town of Biarritz, however Breakfast was not included and cost 26€ each!!!!! Far too much for a continental breakfast with additional hot items extra! Also be aware you are right next to an airport and will get occasional jet noise (not that busy though.

Great location just in the heart of the city all the shops, restaurants and the beach are 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but everything is clean and well maintained. It also has all basic equipment in the rooms with coffee machine, kettle and a small fridge. The bed was very comfortable! The reception is not 24/7, so make sure you are aligned with the staff on the details of your check in
