Hotel close to the beach but the facilities was terrible. Only one elevator working so sometimes you wait more than 10 minutes to take the elevator. Towels in the room were so wear out that look like for mopping floor.

Condições do Hotel precárias, muita humidade, na parede revia agua, chegou a molhar o chao do quarto! Tive que solicitar um pano pra segurar a agua! A chuveiro tinha que ficar ligado uns 5 minutos pra sair parte da ferrugem que vinha na agua! Mesmo assim a agua ainda nao ficava 100% limpa (Agua quente)! O atendimento dos funcionários 100% todos muito cordiais! Porem nao indico o lugar pelo valor pago!

Organização/desburocratização são necessários
É necessário que o Administrador saiba que os hóspedes sempre necessitam usar talheres, pratos, taças etc, pois por duas vezes tive que falar com os funcionários para o responsável autorizar liberação desses utensílios básicos. Isso é inadmissível. O frigobar também passou dois dias para ser consertado. Tive que ficar mais uma diária e mais uma vez tivemos problema, já que a primeira informação, foi que era necessário encerrar a conta e entrar no site novamente para outra reserva que não tinha…. Ficamos na eminência de ter que sair para outro hotel e mais uma vez tendo que ser reportado ao responsável para autorizar. Seria bom padronizar e facilitar resolução de situações com os hóspedes para maior comodidade, fidelidade e conforto.

Péssimo! Prédio velho, instalações precárias, manutenção não existe, fiquei presa no elevador e ninguém prestou socorro. Chave sempre desmagnetizava. Café da manhã precário sem variedade. Se você quer que suas férias sejam boas não se hóspede no Costa do mar. Apenas a localização é boa, mas não compensa as dores de cabeça.

Nunca Mais. Paguei mais caro banho frio e sem cafe
Primeiro, o valor foi acrecido após eu ter concluido a reserva. O suporte deste site não serve para nada. Já no hotel, 1 hora para fazer o check-in. Não tinha agua quente, todos estavam reclamando. Fui informado que o café da manhã era a partir das 7h. mas ao fazer o check-out, descobri que era a partir das 6h. Paguei mais caro e ainda sai sem tomar café

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 801, cujas janelas estavam sem fechaduras, permitindo que o som externo entrasse no quarto; o ar condicionado era velho e estava sem palheta; os lençóis tinham o aspecto de que não foram trocados; as toalhas são velhas; não tinha chuveiro quente; a iluminação do quarto não era adequada.

Fiquei hospedado, junto com minha família no quarto 1104. A primeira reclamação, a qual fiz diariamente diretamente com o recepcionista Fabrício, o qual sempre me tratou excelentemente bem, foi com relação à porta de vidro do banheiro. A mesma está irregular e fica se abrindo, com isso, ao tomar banho, todo o banheiro fica molhado. O funcionário em questão procurou solucionar todos os dias e não conseguiu. Em nenhum momento foi me ofertado a troca do quarto. Em um segundo momento, minha esposa estava sozinha no hotel, com minha filha de 6 meses e solicitou ao restaurante mais 3 águas sem gás, além das que já tinha no frigobar, totalizando 5 águas. Ela costuma tomar muita água durante a madrugada. Acontece que ao chegar no hotel, eu trouxe água, oportunidade em que não foi necessário consumir as águas solicitadas ao hotel. Ao requerer o checkout, o mensageiro foi até o quarto, conferiu o frigobar, viu que estava tudo ok e telefonou para a recepção, a fim de passar a informação para o recepcionistas Darlan. Ressalte-se que nós estávamos com pressa, pois teríamos que chegar logo ao aeroporto para viajar. Quando descemos para ir embora, o recepcionista Darlan veio me cobrar as águas, momento em que eu disse que não iria pagar, já que só sou obrigado a pagar pelo que eu consumo, o que não aconteceu no caso ora relatado. Ele foi extremamente grosso, disse que eu tinha obrigação de pagar sim, que se eu não fosse consumir não tivesse solicitado, que ele iria ter que pagar do bols

Ok para bom
Hotel OK para um 3 estrelas, pelo preço que paguei, o serviço prestado foi bom. Quarto grande e simples, assim que cheguei, quando liguei o ar condicionado o mesmo começou a fazer um barulhão e a cair pedaços de dentro, desliguei o mesmo e informei a recepção que logo me trocou de quarto. A localização é ótima, no período que fiquei (novembro/2019) a feirinha da orla estava a 1 quadra do hotel, pois eles mudaram de lugar por conta das obras. As toalhas eram limpas, porém velhas, as brancas já eram bem amareladas, só no último dia que recebi toalhas mais novas, tanto que eram de cores diferentes (verde e azul). A cama é mole, mas consegui dormir bem. O chuveiro é bom, apenas teve um dia em que não estava esquentando bem e foi a noite (umas 19h). A descarga é fraca, mas funciona e a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava saindo. A piscina é OK, porém não fica ninguém no bar da piscina, que fica no terraço. De todos esses detalhes, o que eu menos gostei foi o café da manhã, achei muito fraco, com pouquíssimas opções. Em toda a minha estadia (6 noites) houve poucas variações, e o que pecou mais foi não ter uma pessoa fazendo tapioca/omelete na hora. Todos os hotéis em que eu já fiquei em Fortaleza, 6 no total, tinham uma pessoa fazendo esse serviço.
