"Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building. Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why). But overall was good, we would stay again. Canadian couple in for the winter games. "

"This was a last minute booking for us. We booked 2 rooms. My hubby woke me up to complain about a small bug he found in our bed. I took a small video of it, thinking it might have come from the open window. The next morning, our son and girlfriend complained how “itchy” the sheets felt when leaving the area. I took another look at the video and looked up “bed bugs”. It looked like the same critter. I called the hotel to report our finding, but they were very dismissive."
