Then the restroom door knob was broken. And we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We called them to fix or to switch us to a diffrent room. They declined and kind you they were at our hotel until 3 am to fix the restroom things and said we did the best we could. And as for the roaches. They said it comes with hotel we can’t do anything about it. But we can give you dinner buffet to make it up. But if you think about the breakfast buffet. It’s more of prison style breakfast. Meaning poor quality. And everything is covered in plastic and food just gets reused for next day. "
