"The hotel for being older was nice. I was a little shocked at the amount of rust and what looked like mold in the bath tub that we had in our room since we were staying in the romantic suite. The bed was super uncomfortable and it was hard which caused for not sleeping well. The breakfast was amazing though best breakfast we have had at a hotel in a long time."

"Would absolutely recommend and stay here again! Rusty at checkin very nice. Kiara server from Thailand fabulous. All Thai staff above and beyond. We had a 1st floor balcony room that was spacious with microwave and mini fridge (very clean/stetile) if you want to bring snacks or save money from eating out. Beautiful view from balcony but couldn't sit down to see over railing (no big deal) but thats only 1st floor balcony rooms. Bathroom is clean but basic so suggest bringing a plastic suction hook and mesh bag for robe or toiletries. Lodge is at end of Pigeon Forge and high above strip which is quiet and peaceful. Located just seconds from National Park towards Gatlinburg. There is a mountain coaster, horseback riding and river tubing nearby. Took 43 minutes drive to entrance of Cades Cove loop within National Park. Pigeon Forge Trolley is $3 day and picks up at tram stop by pool. Family oriented vibe until last day there was a white trash couple with inappropriate public touching of each other in lazy river (but there are freaks everywhere). Just keep in mind there is no staff to tell them to stop. 99% of time surrounded by great family oriented polite guests. Only took 7 minutes and 3 right turns to drive to Dollywood. Ice water refreshing in lobby and big cups of coffee free in morning. Truly a great value and very pleasant stay. Wish I had brought my dog. Avoid the Sunliner or other touristy expensive spots. The food here was very good. Nice place."

"Good stuff: - Good location, walking distance to Market square and Gay street. - Best part was the breakfast at the restaurant they partner with that is very good. Problematic: There were workmen at our window at the crack of dawn...which woke us up one morning and startled us the other. Shower heads and working was also funky. The manager was very responsive to these reports, which was very nice, but probably won't stay there again. - Good to Know: Dry Cleaning services got delayed 24 hours, so be aware this can happen. Also don't pay $40 da day for parking when there is a lot a block away that is $7 a day!"

"I had to cancel my booking due to health issue. The rooms were not hygienic. The bath room tap was leaking. Free of mold in the rooms and bathroom. Found mosquitoes in the room coz the balcony door was left open when i enter the room. Very strong smell of mold and the room seemed to be remained locked for long time. The pool was not clean. Over all not good experience. My kids could not stand by even for an hour in the room."

"The whole property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We bought activit and discounted food vouchers before we left and it proved to be a great choice. The price was great. The pool rules were a little stiff, no noodles,snorkles,coolers. Music is only played from 2 -245. Food was very good. It was a true gem. We are already planning another trip"
