"The room was decently clean, the bath tub has a ring around it. The room smelled awful and the smell was on our pilllows so it was hard to sleep."

"The facility was wonderful and the rooms etc were very nice. My only complaint is the pool, which has two water slides but no one tends to them so you have kids going down 4-5 at a time, standing in the middle of the slide, pushing smaller kids down the slide, there was no one monitoring the kids jumping off the pool walls from 20ft up into 2ft water. There was also a child who drowned our last night there due to multiple kids going down slide at once and the boy got pushed under, luckily the dad was able to save him. Management did nothing! Our child got hurt because the other kids were not following the rules and again management did nothing when I reported it. "

"first of all, the pool is beautiful and one of the best parts of our stay. the room was good and as young women we felt safe in the hotel but the only thing is we were not expecting our hotel room to go right outside instead of having a hallway or lobby like the pictures said, because all of those rooms were all under construction. but overall it was a good area to get to everything for a great place. even though the room placement was unexpected we would stay here again "

"The Hyatt is a must for us before early morning flights. The new shuttle service is easy and convenient. It runs 24/7, every 8-10 minutes, from the hotel to Door 5. Long-term parking is closer to the Hyatt now and avoids the longer ride of the airport shuttle upon return. Free bottled water in the room and free breakfast sandwiches if you can’t stay for the free breakfast in the restaurant. Worth the money! "
