"I agree with another person that left a review saying this place is a hidden gem. It’s really nice and has a chill vibe. The lady at the front desk was super nice and there is a kitchen with ramen and other items (for purchase) right in the basement. There was a microwave in the hallways with coffee and a water dispenser and free coffee in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here and the area is very walkable. Bed was comfortable also wish is a big deal for my husband. Great place to stay!"

LOTTE CITY HOTEL GURO

10/10 Excellent

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
