"Really like this hotel for convenience and comfort. Disappointed that they no longer provide water in the room. Single female travelling I don’t want to come down in the evening to reception to have to fill my water up multiple times. Gym equipment needs updating- the rower has been on its last legs for a long time and sounds like it is about to break."

"Probably the best location for easy walking to the most wonderful old buildings, fountains, plazas, and restaurants of the tourist area of Brussels. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. So many things to do strolling outside of the hotel that we did not have the opportunity to go to the rooftop bar which everyone tells me is a must..."
