"The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are advertised as sound proofed which would strongly disagree with. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms and from the street below. Train station makes a lot of noise right through the night. I also didn’t like that you have to hand your keys into reception when you go out. Staff on reception don’t generally question who you are asking for room keys which means anyone could walk in and ask for your key and enter your room. It happened on multiple occasions with staff we had never met before. The hotel is located in a short walk from most attractions. The air conditions is on heat only in winter but it was 20 degrees when we were there and room was boiling. Overall a good stay but a few problems need ironing out. "

"A great hotel! Would gladly stay here again. From the friendly staff that greets you , to the clean rooms. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay such a vast selection! Also prime location. 20 minute walk to a lot of popular spots such as Trevi Fountain."
