"TV did not work in the room. Air conditioner did not work in the room. I had a terrible experience. Front desk clean that property was at full capacity and they couldn’t change my room so I had to sit outside to keep cool because the air conditioner was blowing hot air and the TV was broke."

"The price that I agreed to pay Hotels.com online wasn't the price. This unusual property in the suburbs only has vallet parking, with almost no other options nearby. So, although it appeared to be $30 less than other nearby properties, it wasn't when the parking was included, it was the same rate as other properties. This was misleading and untruthful. The food was also very limited, especially for a healthy eater. The billing was misleading an confusing. My final bill shows no charges. So, am going ot have to work on figuring out my expenses. The room was nice, though not worth the effort."

"This is a gorgeous property, and conveniently located for Walnut Creek and Lafayette. The lobby, and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the bed cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I used the pool, lobby, and bistro. All were A plus. I will stay again if I’m ever in town."
