Natalia did fabulously with my massage and facial. Shanelle we very delicate and patient with my wax. Shane was very hospitable and friendly bell hop. 10/10 experience you won’t regret it!"

"We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff. All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction. Housekeeping was excellent as well—Audrey was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to interact with.
