"The best thing was the shuttle service. They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent room that made noise thru to about 2am"

"So, we arrived a little after 3 since check in is at 3 but our room wasn't ready until almost 4. The parking thing is a whole situation. There was an event and we were told most cars would be moving out by 5 which okay, cool but why not make event parking in the overflow parking lot? People who pay money to stay at the hotel have to drive around looking for parking for more than 15 minutes or end up parking in the next lot over. That doesnt seem fair. I also noticed a lot of cars had yellow tags which I'm assuming are long term parking, which should also be in the overflow parking. The beds, room, bathroom, etc were neat which is why the 4 stars. Lost a star due to late check in. I feel like if we had stayed an hour later we'd be penalized for it. So, that kind of goes hand in hand. "

"This hotel has a great restaurant so if you need a full meal up to 11pm at night, this is a great option. There’s lots of variety on the menu. No need to go anywhere off property. The breakfast looked really good, but we had a very early flight, so when you can’t partake of their free breakfast, they let you choose a drink & a snack from their little marketplace. The airport shuttle is FREE."

"The host Brandon was really adherent to our needs and concerns, very helpful and polite and always kept a smile on his face. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants and the pool hours were very accommodating. We had a great time."

"Clean room, nice staff. Noise doesn't really bother me, but found the hallways to be very noisy and the rooms to have poor sound proofing"

"My room was INFESTED with ants. Literally got bit on my leg and they were all over the room. I have photographic proof. Stay at your own risk!! I"
