"A hot spring-style bath (onsen) is terrific. It helped me relax after the long international trip from the U.S. (Boston). The breakfast is just gorgeous. Both Western and Japanese-style food are delightful, especially for Westerners. Since most clients are male Japanese businessmen, you get to see the non-touristy, "real" side of Japan. "

10/10 Excellent
Lovely hotel with newly renovated rooms and public areas.
Very friendly and helpful staff, most speak English.
Great welcome on arrival with little snack and drink!
The complementary shuttle service was awesome, if it was the pick up from the Shinkansen, the drop off to go skiing or the ride to a restaurant for dinner, there’s always a car available to take you around!
Wish we would have stayed longer than just two nights!
We will be back if time allows!
