The room was more than adequate for my 2 week stay.
Their are a variety of free amenities including tea, tooth burst/paste and hair care products.
My only real complaint is the lack of a toilet brush, cleaning the toilet after use using the toilet paper isn't the best experience.

First time staying at this hotel, but I will certainly be back!
So well situated - surrounded by shops and restaurants. As well as being within walking distance of the famous castle.
Highly recommended

This was an amazing hotel. The upstairs onsen was a huge bonus and they also have washing machines and dryers which is perfect for those doing a long travel trip. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy Pjs too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the castle.

Lovely hotel and really Friendly staff, close to the train station and almost on top of the castle and grounds. Rooms were spacious and very clean with all the amenities you could want. Very close the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing spots. Well worth considering if your going to Himeji.

Such a wonderful location. The Hotel is opposite side of the Aioi train station. If you have the business at Okayama and a hotel is full or too expensive. This hotel may be your answer Particularly if you have JR PASS . The AIOI Train station is 16 minute from OKAYAMA station by Shinkansen. You just only check the times schedule . You can have the more valuable hotel with comfortable for stay and traveling.
Moreover the Staff over there are also helpful.

Polite and accommodating host, clean, quiet, good shower. Luggage storage. Close to subway station. Each bed in the dorm has the necessities - private light, curtains and lots of plug sockets. The room was a little hot and the pillow very small and flat but overall it was very good value accommodation for the price

Hotel east wing is slightly dated but still a really nice hotel. Onsen superb, best we have had in many hotels. 3 baths, 3 tubs, sauna, mist room and cold plunge pool. 9am closure for maintenance could be moved to 11am so guests could use it before going out. Good location and courtesy bus to and from Himeji station great, if you spot it... maybe mention it in ads? Room spotless, amenities first class, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, beautiful, clean and cosy house to stay in. Very quiet both day and night. Lots of very interesting sites to visit. Our host and the locals were very friendly and polite towards us. Having good transport and grocery stores nearby was a bonus. Very happy!
