"Courteous staff and good service"

"We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room is spacious with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is spacious with good working shower. Location is good and staff was very friendly and helpful. However restaurant was not impressive, we dined at one night, some of the dishes not available and Food service took longer. Breakfast service was laid back, we had to keep asking for tea/coffee and hot dishes. "

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating—always ready to help and support us whenever needed. There are plenty of food options available below the hotel, with the added convenience of having meals delivered directly to the room. The room itself was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping and towel replenishment were promptly provided upon request. A couple of things to be aware of: the room can get quite chilly at night during the Indian winter as there is no heating, so I’d recommend bringing warm clothing. The geyser (water tank) was quite small, which meant there wasn’t enough hot water for a proper shower. Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room, and when used in the reception area it was very slow. Overall, it was still a comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I would definitely consider coming back."
