"i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same lobby areas with a rope dividing them. a little strange"

"Staff was attentive, rooms were clean. Hot tub working well. It is right across the night life in Poblado so be aware of the music at night but otherwise it was a good hotel I would recommend to others! "
