It was a pleasant place to stay just a few minutes walk away from the centre of the town, making it easy to get out and explore the town…. The facilities and staff were excellent always happy to help at any hour of the day …. The room was big enough to be able to relax and feel at home and not feel like a hotel, with the added parking facility made it an even more enjoyable stay with us being able to get out and about and not worry about having to be back to find a parking space…..

Casa Terra was perfect for us. Ximena who runs the hotel was so friendly and went out of her way to help us so much. All of the team were exceptional paying attention to every little detail. We loved our stay and extended a night too. The breakfast was excellent in the dappled sun in the beautiful courtyard

Located in a beautifully restored Spanish colonial building, this is an amazing hotel with a great location, lovely swimming pool, clean, comfortable and large air conditioned rooms (neccessary in the heat of Honda), fantastically helpful staff, and a really nice breakfast. Our room had an amazing view of the city and the Magdalena river. Really should be a 4-star hotel.

Received a very warm family welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay. More like staying with a family rather than a hotel. Our hostess could not do enough to help us throughout our stay from additional comfort touches at home to suggesting and organising all our local trips. Breakfasts were lovely, generous and all local or own farm produce including fresh creamy milk our hostess had milked that morning!

Great rooms, great breakfast. Staff suowr friendly. Will definitely return when back in Colombia.

We stayed in a lovely quiet room (La Traviata) which was beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and firm and they gave us complementary bottles of water. The bathrobes were a nice touch as it is quite chilly in Bogota. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Richard was extremely helpful from checkin onwards and made us fantastic coffee, freshly squeezed juice, french toast and fruit plates for breakfast. The breakfast was made to order with a wide range of options to choose from,...

Historic building with lovely pool .A huge library with antique books & lots of interesting collections of “old stuff”sewing machines, bottles, bikes, cases…… The rooms & bathroom was a little dated but the position on the square & everything else made up for staying in a famous old building

El hotel espectacular; la atención y todo súper, la piscina confortable y linda.

One of 4 units, well appointed, in quiet location with views over Salento and mountains beyond. Only a short walk into town with its many shops and eateries. Only problem with the accommodation is a potentially dangerous shower where there is no temperature control so scalding is a real possibility. There's no proper mixer tap or thermostat. The plumbing arrangement is such that adding cold water to the hot actually causes back pressure on the hot supply which stops its flow and switches off the...

Clean, comfortable, better pool than most hotels. Not as close to el Poblado bars as others but very near the main road, metro and busses
