Do not advertise as having a continental breakfast. We arrived in the dining area a few minutes after 7:00 and everything was gone except for rubber eggs and cold sausage. There was no coffee. Rooms were very dated. Property was not kept.

Arrived to a room that had a malfunctioning thermostat. The heat was stuck ON and the air conditioner did not function. We requested a room transfer but the hotel’s front desk claimed there were no other available rooms. They refused to release us from our prepaid room charges so we could go to another hotel nor offered a discounted rate for a room at over $400 per night. They managed to turn off the heat and offered portable fans suggesting we leave the windows open. The sun never fully sets at summer solstice so imagine sleeping in a warm 84 degree room with the outside lighting illuminating your room. At almost 11:15pm they managed to find an open room for us to transfer to despite a 5:00am start the next morning. The first room itself was unkept and possibly a room that hadn’t been used in a while. The bathroom had hair inside and outside the shower and pubic hairs in the bed. The room we were transferred to, albeit with a functional air conditioner, smelled like a skating rink from the 80’s or smelly feet. This hotel is barely making any attempt to present a clean and comfortable stay. What I observed of the staff was complete apathy or a recognition that they are working for an awful management team and having to deal with hotel of unsatisfied customers. If you like coffee in the morning, be advised there’s none in the room. The only coffee available in the lobby was room temperature, likely from the day before. Expedia did very little to help. Poor experience.

Good location. The hotel provides free shuttle to/from airport, train station etc. The breakfast was not very impressive, and the floor in the breakfast area was sticky.

This property looked great online, but the hotel looked like it was going to fall over upon first view. I was nervous about leaving my car in the parking lot due to the sketchy behavior of the people around me. I felt like I was walking into a Haunted House. The room was open when I went up, so I had to check with the front desk to make sure someone else wasn’t staying in this room. The room was filthy. The bathroom dank. I went to Target and bought Lysol so I could sleep. I never walked barefoot on the carpet. I was supposed to stay for two nights but checkout at first light the next morning. This hotel has no business posting lovely, photoshopped pictures online and most certainly shouldn’t be charging $339 a night. Total gaslighting. However, the staff could not have been better. Kind, helpful, and caring. They’re not the owners, so it clearly wasn’t their fault the hotel is a dirty disaster.
